职位名称：客户服务专员

实习周期：至12月底

Basic Skills:

1. Basic understanding about Norgren major products,

2. Familiar with using ACCPAC software to deal with quotation, order and storage;

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Work closely with direct sales to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service;

2. Help sales provide the quotation, order and contract to customers;

3. Coordinate with Finance Dept to handle with the AR process, assist sales to collect payment;

4. Customer order management, coordinating with sales and logistics Dept and follow-up products delivery schedule;

5. To be responsible for analysis and statistics on sales status, overdue and ship plan, and making out series statistics reports;

6. Assist Manager and sales team in collecting and analyzing sales data.

2. Have basic sales and commercial understanding;

第四站(发车时间:7:05): 龙茗路过宜山路

第五站(发车时间:7:15): 漕宝路虹莘路（6号桥车站，松梅线，松龙经，南佘专线,735,953,92,92B,763,739车站；近9号线-星中路站;近静安新城）
第六站(发车时间:7:17): 9号线-星中路站出口
下班线路(发车时间:16:30): 按上班线路返回
