相关资质：
-建筑，景观园林规划，城市设计/规划相关专业（Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or Urban Design）
-本科在读3年级学生，或在读研究生；
-熟悉相关专业英语；
-学校中建筑设计成绩优秀，基本功扎实，有良好的设计领悟力，徒手设计能力好，须通过公司的快题考试。建筑设计成绩特别优秀，在系里或班级里设计成绩名列前茅。在国内或国际学生设计竞赛中获奖者优先。（长期有效）
-熟练掌握AUTOCAD，PHOTOSHOP，3DMAX，SKETCHUP等建筑应用软件；
-性格开朗，刻苦耐劳，具有团队精神；
-熟悉上海城建相关法律的优先考虑；
-考虑毕业后转兼职或正式员工
