- 对上海各华尔街英语培训学校和办事处进行网络和计算机的技术支持
- 网络系统、文件服务器，打印服务器的建设、管理和维护
- 负责电话系统，用户帐户、文档权限、邮件系统、网络安全等工作
- HEAT HELPDESK系统的日常维护
- 白金财务/人事系统的日常维护，数据备份
任职条件：
- 计算机相关专业专科或本科学历，应届毕业生亦可
- 具有信息系统的相关经验
- 英语听说读写良好
- 熟悉计算机、网络布线系统等硬件构架
- 能熟练使用和安装MS－Windows操作系统等相关软件，有防火墙、电话交换系统经验者尤佳
- 快速学习能力
- 良好的团队沟通技巧和职业素质
Responsibilities:
- Daily IT support to WSI centers and Shanghai main office
- Maintain & manage network cable system, file server, and printer server etc
- In charge of telephone system, user account, file network security etc
- Helpdesk system daily maintenance
- Finance/HR System daily maintenance, data backup
Qualifications:
- College Degree or above in computer science, fresh graduates are considerable.
- Related working experience in IT system.
- Good level of written and spoken English communication
- Be familiar with computer hardware & Cabling system etc,be good at maintaining & trouble shooting MS-Windows operation system,Skill & experience with firewall, PABX system is preferred
- Quick learner
- Strong communication skills. Self motivated and driven
