Key Responsibilities:

主要职责：

·         In conjunction with the Product Line Manager, plan business development for the product range.

协助产品经理做好产品系列的业务发展计划；

·         Work together with Product Line Manager to understand Greater China customers technical requirements/needs and to help them in their comprehension of the current SMC range of products by giving them appropriate technical/commercial presentations or any other relevant material

协助产品经理理解中国区客户的技术要求和需求，通过提供适当的技术/商务演示或其他相关的资料帮助他们了解SMC当前的产品系列；

·         Visit key customers in conjunction with the Sales team to provide in depth product and application knowledge.

协同区域销售团队拜访客户，并提供深入的产品及应用知识；

·         Build strong relationships with the sales team. This will include training and education on the product range, assisting with the compilation of price quotation, project proposal, tender documentation and contract preparation.

与销售团队建立良好的关系，这包括产品系列培训，并协助产品经理处理产品报价、项目方案、投标文件及合同准备工作；

·         Assist service and aftermarket functions and provide technical support to field service personnel.

向服务及售后服务团队提供相应的技术支持；

·         Introduce and promote new products into the market; monitor and test new products;

把新产品介绍和导入市场，并进行相应的技术监测；

·         Collect data from the market for analysis, research and design engineering for the successful development of product offerings.

从市场搜集相应的产品信息，以便于产品改良设计及新产品的研发；

·         Keep up to date in relation to and competitors’ product performance, product & market development.

关注并跟进对竞争对手的产品性能，产品发展及市场发展形势；

·         Provide input (editing, translation & verification) into technical and marketing material.

技术资料和市场宣传材料的编写和翻译。

 

Qualification Requirements:

·         Grade 4 of university student (or above) majored in Mechanical;

大学本科(或研究生)机械专业四年级在读生;

·         Fluent English in both verbal and written;

流利的英语口语及书写;

·         Proficient computer skills in MS office;

熟练掌握电脑办公软件;

·         Proactive, quick at learning;

积极主动,学习能力强;

·         Strong customer service focus.

较强的客户服务意识

·         Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills. 

善于沟通和处理人际关系。
