JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist IT Engineer on monitoring and ensuring all IT systems support the company at large.
- Make sure technical supporting has been implemented timely and effectively.
- PC Software / hardware set up, repair and maintenance and make sure all PC are in good condition all the time.
- Keep a proper backup for spare PC and relevant accessories (mouse, keyboard) and make a good record.
- Adheres to and promotes the ethics of copyright law application.
- Maintain anti virus and anti spam software timely
- To update the SW/HW list regularly and make sure all information of SW and HW on purchasing, dispatching and replacing has been recorded properly.
- Trouble shooting of all IT equipment and provide support to the users in time.
工作范围
1.协助工程师维护公司所有信息系统如: 服务器, 防火墙,订单处理系统,电话系统及网络的正常运作
2.电脑硬件,软件的购买,安装及维护.
3.管理所有IT设备及配套零件并做好相关储备及领用记录
4.提供及时的技术支援给PC使用者并有效及时地解决问题
JOD REQUIREMENTS
- College or above education background, major in Computer Science or Ioformation Technology will be preferred.
- 1 year or above working exerpience and be familiar with the maintenance of server, network, PC hardware and
software.
- Proficiency in English written and reading. Fluently in oral English will be an advantage
- Knowledge in setting up, operation, monitoring and maintenance of network, firewalls, sever are preferred
任职资格
1. 大专院校以上学历,专攻计算机科学,网络技术,信息管理者优先考虑
2. 一年以上同类型职位工作经验,熟悉服务器,网络,放火墙及电脑硬件/软件的维护
3. 有一定的英语基础,口语流利者更佳
4. 优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
