职位：客服Customer Service

 

JD:

1. Enter and process of customer orders in system

2. Respond promptly to inquiries form customers via telephone or email

3. Check product availability and delivery date in sys.

4. Track every detail of order process, cooperate with customers

6. Resolve customer complaints or issues

7. Maintain customer information

8. Prepare reports for sales team

9. General support to sales team

10. Other duties assigned by CS supervisor

 

技能要求：

1.本科以上学历

2.一年以上外资客服、订单处理经验优先考虑              

3.良好的沟通技巧能力，有服务意识

4. 09届本科或硕士应届生生物专业或英语专业亦可考虑

 

 

 

薪资范围：2200-2600税前

工作地点：徐家汇港汇商务楼一座
