	职位描述： Job description / Mission As a Product Engineer, it will be your mission to realize projects to align our product range with the requirements of the markets served by Atlas Copco Wuxi. These markets are located primarily in China and also in countries all over the world. Projects will include new designs dedicated for local markets, localizations of existing products (from other Atlas Copco product companies), and cost reduction projects. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Localizations of new designs with improved performance and optimized cost (preparation of technical drawings/specifications, compilation of technical reports, lab tests of prototypes). 2. Make new designs based on requirements of local markets. 3. The continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction projects. 4. The continuous and strong interaction with the other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group, use same and agreed development process and development tools. Experience Requirements Experience in a product engineering environment is an asset. Knowledge / Educational requirements 1. Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics. 2. Basic knowledge in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area. 3. Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing. 4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and MRP systems is an asset. Personality requirements You are a positive thinking, open minded teamplayer with a strong interest to work in an international company. You are able to work independently and take initiative to learn. You are a good communicator and able to convince others to contribute to the realization of your projects. You see a challenge in every obstacle.
