Job Responsibilities:
- Technology set up, development and optimization
-Work with Module and Device teams for yield improvement
-Deliver qualified technologies for production
-Daily inline lot issue solving
-To Co-work with module process engineers to solve in-line process issues
-To follow the company guidelines to accomplish the quality, safety, information security and environment policies
-To participate in Fab emergency action plan to guarantee the human and property security
-WAT data analysis and test pattern design
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electronics, Physical, Material, Chemical etc.
-Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Open minded, easy-going and hard-working
- Fast learn and strong coordination capability
-Knowledge of device physics and solid-state physics
- Clear issue debugging and solution finding capability
- Knowledge of SPC Cp/Cpk
