工作职责：

实习期：接受系统的油站管理理论培训，并通过轮岗实践，初步掌握油站运营及管理技能；

到岗实践：正式到岗进行油站管理，巩固实习期的知识，获取丰富的管理经验；

经历系统的培训以及实践工作的磨砺后，将在更广阔的领域施展您的才能！

 

职位要求：

1、本科学历以上，专业不限。

2、英文良好。

3、熟练使用办公软件。

4、诚实、正直，具有吃苦耐劳的精神。

 

2. Sales Trainee      Location: Guang Zhou 

Accountabilities:

1.       Meet agreed sales target (C3 VM & DSO targets) by implementing agreed sales activities.

2.       Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and assist in the development of brand awareness in South China.

3.       Identify and develop new key industrial direct customers. 

4.       Maintain existing customers and establish long-term relationship with them.

5.       To ensure credit and payments are kept under control within the agreed terms for each account.

6.       To manage the day-to-day sales activities and maintain the records of customers and prospects.

7.       Prepare regular report to supervisors and sales manager on sales activities, competitor information and market intelligence.

8.       Adhere strictly the Shell Group Business Principles.

9.       Comply with Group standards relating to HSSE and local legislation throughout activities.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

1.       College graduate or above, major in chemical, engineering, etc. will be preferred.

2.       Good selling, communication and negotiation skills.

3.       Active, aggressive and responsible.

4.       With a good knowledge of market trend, and with good customer & official connections in the related fields.

5.     Good command of oral and written English.
