Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination of appointments/calendars of the Managing Director
Travel Management:
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
Travel application and related travel expense claims
- Documentation and information management:
Partially independent preparation of presentations
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Filing of documents
Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Office admin.support to the team:
Coordination/support of events such as team meeting,
Office work (tel., fax, customer reception, etc.)
- Other assigned tasks:
Task management/coordination,incl,follow up of action item lists with the relevant departments/colleagues
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree,
- Fluent oral and written English ability
- Fast and accurate with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Matured personality and excellent interpersonal skills
