Job scope:
1. Provide daily troubleshooting and user support to RFMD Asia subcon sites;

-- As contact window, to support subcon sites users to handle any SAP GR/GI/shipping transaction issues via email and phone call;
-- Remote trouble shooting on any subcon sites connection issue and printing issues;
2. Lotxref support;
Lotxref is RFMD critical central product genealogy and traceability database, subcon sites will upload the required data for traceability needed;

1. IT related background, knowledge with Supply chain, MRP or economics is preferred;
