1. 按时向公司和销售部提供报表，负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询；为部门销售人员、领导决策提供参考；
2. 合同相关文件的归类、整理、存档、登记报价编号和工程编号，并实行信息化管理；负责销售部内部及与其他部门的文件传递；定时更新销售部报价书；
3. 协助部门经理收集和发放内部文件和报告，督促员工如期兑现，安排落实销售部会议；
4. 协助销售员工的事务性工作，如：开发票、速递、催款；协助销售起草简单报价和合同，及其填写采购订单等文件；协助整理、复印、装订投标文件等工作；
5. 执行联合技术消防安保公司ACE , EH&S 和道德规范在本部门的开展和实施；完成部门内指定的要求；
6. 完成部门主管安排的其他工作。

1. Education Background (Major, certificate and etc)： 全日制大学本科学历;
2. Critical Skills：对数字敏感，良好的数据处理和分析能力; 性格开朗，良好的沟通能力，很强的团队合作精神;
3. Computer Skills：熟练使用各种办公软件：word, excel, PowerPoint等;
4. Language Abilities：CET-6，熟练的口语和读写能力.
