职位名称：HR Assistant (Intern)

 

职位描述：

IMS Primary research 部门是专业从事医药行业市场研究的。进中国的几乎所有外资企业都是IMS 的服务客户。IMS PMR业务自成立以来，已经成为业内领先的专业服务团体。

● Screen CV, arrange interview, contact with CIIC and AIA. 

● Assist applying for visa and other residence permit for foreigner.

● Coordinate necessary communications with internal and external business partners

● Prepare, establish and maintain staff profile and other employee documents

● Provide high-quality day-to-day HR administrative support

● prepare payment voucher

● Prepare agenda, reserve meeting facilities, take and distribute minutes, files

 

职位要求:

●       Prefer undergraduate student majoring in English or HR

●       Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written

●       Responsible, detailed, result-oriented, enthusiastic and willing to work hard Intern experience in HR with MNCs is preferred

●       Good people skill, high sense of responsibility and accountability

●       Good team player, quick learner

●       Can work three days a week
