We are now having the following open positions of Huntsman Polyurethanes Shanghai Ltd., which is located in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. 以下职位的工作地点，均在漕泾化学工业区内（近金山）。

Receptionist Intern

Major Responsibility

1. Answer the switchboard telephone, Arrange in-coming mails & out-going mails, newspaper and magazine dispatch properly.

2. Greet guests politely and guide them to relevant staff follow the visitor control procedure.

3. Help with flight, transport and hotel booking.

4. Help on business card, letter, and envelope. Make oversea travel insurance for local employee according to company insurance policy and so forth.

5. Assist in Admin job upon required.

Job Requirement

1. High school or vocational school

2. MS Office application

3. Good command of English (Esp. oral)

4. Good communication skill
