Monitoring Intern
This is a very crucial role for the
company, you will be responsible for company's monitoring system, lead
a team of 8 night and weekend support staff. Continuously provides ideas
and criticism to company's existing support system, and make changes
to streamline and improve 24x7 support process.

* Closely watch company self built monitoring system for all customers and company internal servers
* Following 24x7support procedure, create tickets for customer email request, alerts and assign it to the right engineers

* Prepare weekly report on graphs, analyze strange graphs and create tickets for engineers to investigate
* Lead weekly conference call with 24x7 support team, summarize their monthly performanc
* Good command of computer/Internet skills
* Good command of English and Chinese

工作描述：
密切观察公司为内部服务器和所有客户服务器所建立的监测系统。
追踪24*7技术支持的流程，根据客户在邮件中提出的需求、警报创建任务，并把任务分配给合适的工程师。
每周准备监控图像的报告，分析图像异常情况，并创建任务让工程师调查。
领导每月一次的与24*7技术支持团队的电话会议，总结他们每月的表现情况。
