Sales Operation - Beijing

Job Description ("The role"):
As a member of Sale operation retail team, you are working with sales team closely, deal with retail working issues, such as target setting, performance evaluation, working processing design & implement, etc. This position focus on field force management and retail price management as well. Meanwhile, it is a supporting function to provide information to sale and top management once needed.

Responsibilities:
1.Work with the sales team to design, develop and deliver their working process and operational flow.
2.Drive the productivity of field force through tracking, analysis, program design, report delivery, etc.
3.Working with finance team to leverage resource allocation, promotion design.
4.Deep analysis based on daily data to help top management learn field market, retail price, crossing sales, etc.
5.Closely monitoring the price structure change for both Moto's model as well as competitors'. Provide valuable monitoring result to guide the price move or other adjustment.
6.Data and system supporting on sale operational issues.
Requirements:
1.MA/MS degree with top-class academics preferred.
2.Excellent on presenting skill and logical thinking.
3.Good skill on office, like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
4.Fluent in English, particular excellent writing skill.
5.Strong data sense, capability to use data analysis tool
