Responsibilities:
- Responsible for specifying the specifications of products to customers and improving the process of making specifications.
- Responsible for direct communication and handling issues with customers as the deputy of Product Managers when needed.
- Identify production issues and take appropriate action to avoid problems or maximize opportunities by working with engineering, production and quality team to resolve these issues and to develop improvement ideas/plans when necessary
- Others by temp. assignment or projects by Product Manager of CW/filter product line
- A bachelor degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Engineering knowledge in a high-tech, multi-national manufacturing environment
- Good interpersonal, technical, communications and negotiations skills in English. To communicate with people from all over the world. Multi-cultural business background/experience preferred, but not required.
- In need of a career driven, highly motivated individual who is aggressive and willing to grow within the organization.
- Resourceful and independent with ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate, process and customer oriented
