Job summary:
Plan, coordinate, and implement information security training and awareness initiatives and support ongoing training activities required by industry regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinate the publication of monthly training documents for general and technical employees
2. With the assistance of IS staff, develop newsletter materials to inform employees of security risks, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
3. Coordinate all periodic and ad hoc secure coding training cycles for application development personnel.
4. Translate training documentation in English and Mandarin.
5. Document all training initiatives and maintain training materials archive.
6. Support annual training and certification requirements per PCI DSS 12.6.
7. Monitor compliance with internal secure code training policy and coordinate remediation as necessary.
8. Maintain consistency between English and Mandarin publications of IS policy, procedure, standards, and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Fluency in English and Mandarin
2. Strong communications skills, both written and oral
3. Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver
Abilities Required:
1. Solid knowledge of training program development and execution
2. Project management and documentation
3. Assessment of training requirements
4. Facility to assimilate and apply complex information
5. Support multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously
6. General understanding of system, network, and applications security principles
