工作职责：
1、接听需要预定酒店的顾客的电话
2、认真听取客户的需求，向客户介绍公司的服务，为客户完成订房服务。
任职要求：
1、中专或者中技以上学历，应届生亦可，有工作经验优先
2、有良好的服务意识，乐于助人
3、有耐心，有毅力，有良好的抗压能力
4、熟练掌握电脑操作，打字速度要快
5、嗓音柔和，喜欢挑战，能够适应日班、夜班的轮班工作
6、公司提供良好的工作环境和待遇
7、母语是粤语的优先
8、有英语基础或者英语流利的优先；
9、家住浦东者优先
