1. POSITION SUMMARY

Maintain Server room system , LAN & WAN; IT Purchasing & Fix asset maintanence

2. MAJOR CHALLENGES

* Provide support to the Shanghai Site including local and regional.

*Support IT operation supervisor to maintain IT server room & network

*Provide technical support for IT client issue , Hardware problems, network connection *problems, software installation problems, Lotus notes Email clients problems

*Daily Data Backup & data Restore if required

*PABX system, door security system, building surveillance system

*Maintain Building weak power wiring

*User create ( Email, NT, Phone User, etc)

* work with IT Dept & Purchase Dept, to purchase IT hardware & Software , maintain IT fix asset

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain surveillance system& door security systemProvide IT support for building security equipment
maintain hardwareWeak power cabling, include week power layout map
Client equipment, include terminal box, laptop, desktop, workstation

Process monthly telephone expense report
TrainingProvide IT skill to IT colleagues & End Users, include hardware, software, how to backup, how to use lotus notes

4. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Qualification:

* Major: University degree or above, Computer or relevant major.

* Has hardware, network support experience, SAN storage experience. A knowledge of Local Area Networks. Cabling, Routers, Switches, Physical structure.

*Familiar with Door security & building surveillance system

* Team work spirit, Like to learn new IT technology

*Foreign language: able to work by English both in oral and written.
