Goals/Mission:
- Provide the secretarial and administrative support to the process owner and
the team
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Process and sub-process owners/visitors of processes and sub-processes
Tasks:
- Receiving, Copying, filing and maintaining the quality system document and t
echnical document, incl. maintaining confidential files; responsible for safeg
uarding confidential data
- Manage office supply for the team members
- Support the preparation of document, incl. office document, customer documen
t,etc.
- Translating, typing, editing, copying, checking document for the process own
ers and the team members, incl. typing correspondence, presentation materials,
statistics, reports, etc.
- Distributing, filing document for the process owners and the team members
- Take minutes of meeting, take and transcribe short-hand dictation, provide v
erbal translation
- Maintain the internal mail-box/document holder for the team members
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for process/sub-process owne
rs and the staffs, planning and coordinating visitor's programs
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the p
rocess owner
- Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors
Knowledge/Languages:
- Profess. Knowl.: Communication skill, Organizational & cooperation ability,
Good oral and written English
- Technologies: Computer skill, Time Management
Experience:
- previous intern experience in secretarial occupation or admin
- 2nd year graduate student is preferred

待遇: 8元/小时,包午饭,有班车,签订实习合同,有实习证明
上班时间: 3月开始,至少半年以上,每周4天以上
