Job Descriptions:

1. Assist Operational Excellence function in the day to day duties of a project administration with the guidance and direction of the head of PMO/OE.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans and logs, track responses and advise the Head of PMO/OE on any project risks and changes

3. Coordinate submittals and procure all project related documents and participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents.

4. Create and maintain Teamwork sites

5. Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.

6 Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.

 

Requirements:

1. Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training

2. Fast-learner with good business senses, analytical thinking, self-motivated, proactive and flexible to learn new things

3. Good problem solver and is able to work under pressure

4. A good command of English in both writing and speaking

5. Proficiency in using Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Web design skills are a plus

6. Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with different teams in a professional manner

7. Experience with project management or six sigma is a plus
