1.      Intern Architect (实习建筑师)

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture

· At least 1 years internship experience in architectural design.

· Sound working knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of local standards.

· Knowledge of software in planning design：AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office etc

· Good command of English

· 建筑学专业在读研究生或本科生

· 至少1年以上建筑设计实践经验

· 熟悉当地的建筑设计规范及标准

· 熟练使用设计软件:AutoCAD，Sketchup，Photoshop，MS office等等

· 优秀的英文水平

2.      Intern Planner (实习规划师)

· Master Degree in Urban Planning

· At least 1 years internship experience in planning design.

· Sound working knowledge and understanding of the Planning Code of local standards.

· Knowledge of software in planning design：AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office etc

· Good command of English

· 城市规划专业在读研究生

· 至少1年以上规划设计实践经验

· 熟悉当地的规划设计规范及标准

· 熟练使用规划设计软件:AutoCAD，Sketchup，Photoshop，MS office等等

· 优秀的英文水平

3.      Architect (建筑师/方案设计师)

· With bachelor or above degree majoring in Architecture and at least 3 year related work experiences.

· With excellent hand sketch and creative conceptual design capabilities.

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good command of English.

· 具有建筑学专业本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验。

· 具有出色的手绘和方案创作能力

· 良好的口笔头表达沟通能力

· 优秀的英文水平
