Position: Intern for HR Department
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Leave & Attendance management: Leave Application, Holiday Chart, Timesheet checking, Leave Balance Record
2.    Coordinate with the agent for expatriates' working permit application 
3.    Certificate application follow up
4.    Hukou & Business Visa issue for local staff 
5.    Insurance issue (BUPA & Commercial Insurance reimbursement)
6.    Junior candidates' interview coordination 
7.    HR related record collected
8.    Office activity coordination
9.    Any ad hoc duties
 
Requirements
10.    University student, majoring in Human Resources or Management is preferred
11.    Good in English
12.    A high level of confidentiality and discretion
13.    Strong attention to details
