岗位职责
1、精通Flash及Flash Action Script； ，
2、熟悉基本的 action script 脚本编程；
3、能独立完成flash片头、网络广告及flash产品演示、flash动画短片等相关设计工作；
4、具有丰富的工作经验，精通相关软件及各种第三方实用软件
5、熟悉Flash与后台数据库接口；
6、具有良好的美术基础和审美观，平面设计和创意能力突出；
7、大专以上学历，计算机等相关专业；
8、对设计工作富有热情和进取心，勇于接受挑战，善于与他人协调沟通完成工作。
9、 能主动接受新知，具有良好的团队合作精神，责任心强。热爱创作设计，有激情创意， 欢迎应届毕业生及大三在职学生有平面设计和网页设计经验者优先。

1、应届毕业生优秀者优先。
2、有电子杂志制作经验者优先。

Responsibilities
