职位介绍/Job Description
(1)The Operations Manager Program
We will train ambitious and talented university graduates to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development program. The program is aimed to develop the individuals for the role of Operations Manager in two years, and subsequently to a senior management role within five years.
(2)The Solution Design Program
We will train ambitious and talented university graduates to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development program. The program is aimed to develop the individuals for the role of Solution Design Engineer in one years, and subsequently to a Solution Design Manager role within three years.

We are looking for fresh graduates or post-graduates with less than two years’ working experience, and fulfils the following criteria :
•Majoring in supply chain/logistics/transportation management/industrial engineering, and possess outstanding academic results
•Good executive presence and strong leadership qualities
•Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin
•Positive and results oriented, with ability to adapt well to the environment
•Committed and self motivated individual who believes and will drive for excellence
•Geographically mobile and willing to travel extensively within China
