Qualifications：

1. Master degree in chemistry or chemical / process engineering, desirable with good business understanding

2. Excellent analytical, organizational and communicational skills

3. Professional work attitude and willingness to learn from and with one another

4. Proficient computer skills in particular in Microsoft Office

5. Good command of written and spoken English

6. Strong mindset, strong in decision making and taking over responsibility

Responsibility:

1. Develop new product based mostly on existing technologies.

2. Support customer on special application when necessary.

3. Intensive work with central R&D in Germany as well as central product management.

4. Support R&D laboratories, QA and Technical department.

5. Analyses of new or modified production processes regarding quality and efficiency.

6. Investigation of the process capability of new or modified raw materials and processes in the lab as bases for production trials.

Reaponsibilities:

1. Develop new adhesive based on existing and new technologies.

2. Promote this adhesive to development laboratories.

3. Intensive work with central R&D in Hamburg as well as central product management.

4. Support of d/s and s/s R&D laboratories, QA and Technical department.

5. Analyses of new or modified production processes regarding quality and efficiency.

6. Investigation of the process capability of new or modified raw materials and processes in the lab as bases for production trials.
