Position Requirements
- Major in English or International Business with strong english background.

Preferred Skills:
- 2 or more years working experience in the commercial or customer service
field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Multinational corporation or foreign trade company experience will be a
plus.
- Good at Excel, PPT and word, familiar with ERP is preferred.

Key Objective:
Coordinate with the plant and customer for order process and provide customer
service support by managing customers' enquiries and requirement.

Principal Responsibilities:
- External and internal order process: key in the orders in the system;
- Request for quotation, re-quote and negotiate to customer;
- Generating of documentation for deliveries and managing of suppliers within
Cray Valley group;
- Coordination between the customer and sales Dept., follow up sampling,
complaint and overdue account;
- In-office communication for sales team during their out of the office;
- Travel arrangement for the Sales Dept.;
- Market information collection: monthly forecast and sales statistics;
- Seminar/Fair coordination.
