Job Title: Junior Analyst in Investment Banking (Campus)

Report to: Firm Partners
Job Summary:
Providing solid support in business development in the form of shouldering cold calling responsibilities. The analyst is given a great amount of responsibility and can grow exceedingly fast through on-the-job training and mentorship by senior staff. This position is also only to college graduates who are willing to engage in investment banking business.
Major Duties:
· Study fundamentals of the target industries, perform relevant market and company research;
· Cold calling to potential clients with an aim to establishing business relationship;
· Build and update potential client list and provide feedback to senior professionals regularly
· Client management and follow up;
· Act as initial interface between senior professionals and potential clients;
Qualification and Competence:
· Environmental Science/Chemical/physics/Healthcare/Pharmacy/Biomedical Engineering/Life Science, etc, academic background;
· Basic financial and accounting knowledge;
· Very good interpersonal skill and telephone manner;
· Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English;
· Strong logic thinking;
· Strong ability to analyze and understand industries and business dynamics;
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Willingness to work long hours and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under time pressure;
· Energetic, passionate, dedicated, and responsible person who is eager and able to learn and grow;
