Develop quality related documents, prepare 8D response, provide technical supports, and execute quality control action plan with the objective of ensuring the quality of FOBU Shanghai's products meeting customer requirements within TE corporate quality systems, policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
Policies and Procedures
Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; prepare relevant quality engineering documents in order to ensure the FOBU Shanghai's procedures in line with QS and global standards.
People Management
Provide technical supports and suggestions; and deliver technical training to quality inspectors in order to improve their inspection capability.
Manufacturing Process Quality Control
Review and analyze nonconformance; coordinate the nonconformance disposition; drive the improvement plan and monitor its implementation in order to reduce the nonconformance reoccurs.
Customer Complaints Handling
Handle customers complaints; maintain quality issue log sheet and monitor the last status; set cross referenece with defect codes between customer issue and nonconformance in production, evaluate and verify the effectiveness of corretive and preventive ations in order to reduce customer complaints and prevent the same issue reoccurs.
Customer Audit
Support external customer audit, fulfill self-assessment check list; prepare evidences for audit check list; guide for customer and provide necessary explanation in order to meet customer audit requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor degree with technical background
Technical skills, problem-solving, drive for results, time management, conflict management, detail-oriented
