岗位职责

1 到客户现场提供 半导体设备安装，Trouble-shooting，维护，保养；
2 按客户要求提供合理化建议，积极协调、处理与客户之间的关系，以期达到共识；
3 对于服务过程中出现的突发问题可以冷静有效地处理；
4 工作态度积极，细致耐心，遵从安全操作规范；
5 技术文档的撰写和编辑；
6 帮助新员工快速熟悉工作内容，流程；
7 按公司需求合理安排加班, 轮班, On-Call；
8 适应差旅。


岗位要求
1 机械、电子、自动化等工程背景,大学专科以上学历，熟悉半导体和太阳能设备（优秀应届生可）；
2 有半导体公司从事设备的技术服务的工作经历优先；
3 可以从客户角度考虑问题；
4 较强的文字组织,技术文件编写能力；
5 良好的发现问题,分析问题及解决问题的能力；
6 韩语和中文普通话熟练，大学英语四级，可以阅读大量英文资料；
7 团队合作精神，可以很快地融入新环境。

Job Requirement
1. Prefer to have working experience in mechanical and electrical systems
2. With discipline and safety sense, can follow product manual and procedure to perform daily work
3. With basic trouble shooting skill and capability
4. Flexible to travel, work on shift, perform on-call and over-time support
5. University or college graduated, pass CET4,korean


Statement of Work

1. Work at assigned customer site to perform AMAT system support under safety requirements
2. Assist system owners to perform new system installation and warranty support
3. Follow procedure to perform system preventive maitenance per AMAT spec. and customer requirement
4. Perform basic trouble shooting on AMAT systems, escalate high level issues to product leader and manager
5. Travel to different customer site for technical support base on management assignment
6. Perform on-call or over-time support to customer as needed
7. Conduct customer communiation to ensure customer satisfaction is addressed
