1. Assist manager for office daily administration;

2. Project coordination;

3. Customer management and follow up;

4. Technical & marketing required documents management;

5. Other project operation related matters.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree, major in chemical, automation, instrument, mechanics, petroleum or a related field;

2. 1 years working experiences, or first-class fresh graduate;

3. Excellent communication skill;

4. Detail- oriented, responsible, self- driven and pragmatic;

5. Energetic and hard working, can work independently under high pressure;

6. Good command of English (level 6 or above); Good computer skills in Ms Office, etc, ability about database management, coding will be preferred.

7. Be Healthy.

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Bureau Veritas Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is a part as an operation platform of Bureau Veritas Industry and Facilities Division which is a business line of Bureau Veritas Group, the leading international group providing certification, conformity assessment, training and consulting services in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Accountability (QHSE&SA).
