岗位要求：
1、 负责设计与开发新产品，有设计电子和通信产品经验者佳；
2、 具备设计与产品开发的独立管理能力，具有对产品从概念到设计到生产整个研发过程的理解和跟踪能力；
3、 能独立经营自己的项目，并与其他设计师和工程师合作，协调产品材料的选择以及产品外形、颜色、构造、表面加工及纹理的确定，以求达成产品成本预算和完成时限等要求；
4、 有精良的素描、绘图和演示技巧；
5、 熟练使用平面设计软件工具，如Sketching,Free hand,Illustrator,Photoshop等；
6、 熟练操作三维立体绘图软件工具(首选Rhino)；
7、 拥有部分产品结构和制造知识，有与客户和供应商沟通经验，能准确迅速地把握客户的需求。
任职要求：
1、 工业设计专业（本科）；
2、 应届毕业生亦可，男女不限；
3、 工作积极主动，有创新意识和排解困难的态度和能力；
4、 沟通能力强，有良好的团队合作精神；
5、 英语四级以上；
6、 待遇面议。
