BTR is high-tech corporation in Shenzhen, one of National Torch Plan companies. Insisting on “manufacturing a generation, r&d a generation & conceiving a generation”, BTR's r&d is based on market demand for offering an excellent service to customers. We focus on r&d, manufacturing and sales of new materials (anode, cathode, electrolyte, additive etc.) for lithium ion rechargeable batter. We try to offer a set of materials solution to customers and to be top one in the battery materials field of world.
BTR owns a powerful r&d centre, with 5 researchers, 3 visiting professor,32 bachelors, and several exporters. We have advanced test instruments which are from England , Germany , Japan , and with a battery pilot line for materials r&d. At the same time we have a good relationship with famous colleges for technique & personnel exchange.
The chief technical leader professor Yu Zuolong, who was former director of Institute of Organic Chemistry CAS , is always researching carbon materials technology, such as surface modification, purification, preparation of complex oxide. In recent years he has achieved many fruits about new energy materials and applied 12 patents.
BTR has established production lines of composite graphite(MSG, TMSG, AMG, ATMSG) of 1000 mt/a, spherical graphite of 3000mt/a, Hg-free conductive graphite of 3000mt/a, high purity expanded graphite of 300mt/a, high purity expandable graphite(KP999550300,KP999580250) of 300mt/a, Li-Mn-O cathode materials of 100mt/a. We can expand our capacity according to market demand. Self-developed & imported equipments are part of core competitive power. And we have a financial position with natural graphite mine for a very stable resource.
BTR has an advanced production technology(MSG: Tap ≥ 1.3g /ml,SSA ≤ 1.0m2 /g;SG Tap ≥ 1.15g /ml ， even if D50 is below 10um, we can make Tap is above 1.0g /ml; conductive graphite powder is better than similar products from Brazil, Switzerland, Japan; The carbon content of AKA is above 99.98%, while Fe is below 10ppm). BTR's products have good stability, good life cycle, excellent electrochemistry. We can adjust our products' specifications according to client demand.
