Quality Engineer (Lab)
Job Description:
1.Responsible for daily product lab test
2.Make test plan for new product or new samples and follow up the test
3.Taking charge of our equipment of measure-register-send to maintain etc.
4.Deal with customer complaint from market dept. monthly.
5.Finish the exterior trading goods lab test and support the purchase and sale dept.
6.Update the interior standards for cookware when the GB or Din standards updated.
7.Make the lab test description and flow chart for cookware
Qualification and Requirements：
1.University degree in mechanical or materials science
2.Enjoy the challenge of working under pressure to meet relevant requirements
3.Self-motivated, good team-work spirit
4.English skills both in oral and written
5.Good at Word, Excel and PPT or similar software experience
6.Good at Auto CAD
Language Skills：
Good English skills both in oral and written
Quality Engineer (Production)
Job Description:
1.Control the quality in production process, according to our standard & drawing
2.Make drawing for new product as required
3.Prepare 2nd class products when other department required
4.Deal with SAP,5S issues
5.Make production process inspection standard and relevant files
6.Make production process inspection standard and relevant files
7.Deal with marketing return goods
8.Improve the production flow chart or single position to achieve the better quality level
9.Analyze the defects and find the solution to improve it
10.Checking the goods drawing and highlight the missing and questions.
11.Make the training process for the staffs below his(her) level.
