Purpose/Function:
Manages all sales activities and account management for Overseas clients' product and managed solutions sales within assigned regional accounts in China
Major Essential Functions
Relationship building/ Teaming with existing and future OEM /Tiers auto industry /Medical equipment customer {CUSTOMER}
Prospecting new CUSTOMERS in assigned region/sales territory in China based on Overseas clients needs.
Response/ Feedback /Coordination the RFQ process .
Assess customers requirements, coordinate fulfillment solutions, develop and submit proposals.
Manage negotiation and execution of agreements with CUSTOMER.
Manage all forecasting and CUSTOMER relationships with regards to clients products and activations.
Manage and document all sales and account management activities for assigned regional CUSTOMERs.
Nurture and grow existing relationships with assigned CUSTOMER base and create new relationships with prospects, leads etc.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting to both RXB and OVerseas clients
Minor Essential Function.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
Experience and Skills:
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Sales or related field.
1-2 years of experience in enterprise/account sales and account management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills, customer-service focused, adept at problem-solving, strong account leadership skills.
Proven and documented sales goal/quota attainment, responsibility and accountability.
Auto industry/Egnineering experience a plus.
