Payroll Intern, Intel PRC

The Intern will be working HR Ops related KTBRs and projects in GAR Payroll Program Office team and assisting other team members on payroll processing areas that are related to Intel PRC.

Responsible for one or more of the following activities:

 

• checks and verifies records, files, posts ledger and general ledger entries and/or balances of accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  
  
• employees payroll processing, taxation related matters etc.
• Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries
• Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll inputs & related data; may need to work on reconciling payroll & accounting data
• May be responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of payroll & accounting

•        Assignments are typically routine and repetitious in nature.  Work performed within generally defined parameters. Limited degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems. Close supervision involving detailed instructions where work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis; normally receives detailed instructions on most work.

 

Qualifications

You should be an undergraduate. Additional qualifications include:

- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin and proficient in computer skills;
- Good sense of numbers
- Pay attention to details
- Disciplined and self-driven
- Knowledge on problem solving skills
- at least 3 days a week
