1. Maintain all the equipments and systems run properly;
2. Perform reliability experiments per engineering request.
3. Operate the material analysis equipments;
4. Record the first-hand data/phenomema;
5. Epoxy incoming testing;
6. Epoxy mixing to support production;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be familiar with the operation of reliability experiment related and failure analysis equipments
2. Knowledge about Telcodia standards and MIL standards;
3. Knowledge about the metal and semiconductor material properties;
4. Knowledge about epoxy;
5. Related electrical /material/technology background from an accredited college or university
