JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Essential tasks or functions that are fundamental to the job)

• Responsible for processing customer orders for spare parts and part packages. Attending to telephone enquiries made by Husky Machine and Mold customer's in regional offices;
• Warehouse management. Receiving, checking and binning, delivering parts efficiently and accurately, ensuring security of warehouse;
• Doent filing;
• Undertake any other duties as directed by Team leader.;
• Communicate to customers lead time of parts, shipment method, arrival time, and any anticipated delays;
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology;
• Perform order expediting duties to include following up on open orders and all other necessary expediting functions;
• Feedback recurring or troublesome parts problems to Purchasing and Service and ensure that timely resolution is provided;
• Communicate to Pricing Analyst/Sales Manager any pricing discrepancies provided by customer feedback;
• Act as a liaison with Accounting Staff to correct invoicing/billing errors;

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:           

- EDUCATION (Indicate required and/or preferred education for this job.)

• Either a technical diploma or 1 year relevant experience in the logistic field
• technical background or experience with injection molding or similar systems preferred

*          Fluent communication both in oral and written English and Chinese
*          Fluent communication in Japanese

- RELATED EXPERIENCE (Indicate required and/or preferred experience for this job.)

• A minimum of 1 years' experiences in sales of industrial goods/components - preferably experiences in sales of spare parts with rich knowledge of logistics warehouse and inventory control;
