Senior Merchandiser:
职位描述：
1、 客户订单资料的整理，翻译，并下达至样板房或工厂打样，核定成本；
2、 审核开发品质进度，及时协调各个部门的合作
3、 负责订购和采购面辅料，确认订单状态及生产过程；
制订国内厂商及供货商合同；跟进生产的进度和质量。根据生产开裁日期，提前物料的跟催，确保物料及时到位，提前发放物料，确保开裁日准时；
4、 异常处理，及时有效协调解决； 生产进度跟进，能够根据工厂的生产效率，预知进度是否异常；

职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，服装等相关专业，熟悉电脑办公软件，英语六级；工作有条理；
2、 熟悉服装面料，-熟悉相关的供应商；有谈判技巧；对服装面料的专业知识（针/梭织）有较强的能力
3、 5年以上外贸服装跟单管理经验，熟悉生产流程，熟悉外贸订单操作流程；
4、 良好的沟通协调能力，较强的工作责任心，诚实，有毅力，有团队意识，有长远的工作目标。能在压力下独立

2） Strong connection with suppliers/vendors advantageous
3） Source and develop suppliers/sub-contractors and train them the production and quality control, take regular trips to items to propose to customers; take part in fairs and exhibitions clients and designers to be well acquainted with new products
4） Observe market trends
5） Work with sales office to plan turnover, developing/order/margin every year and ensure the realization of the budget
6） Problem solving

Candidate Requirement:
7） Have experience in Kintwear and Woven wear (Adult & Kids)
8） Solid 5 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising
9） Strong sense of garment/fashion
10） Self motivated, well-organized, positive and energetic, possess and perseverance, be able to work under pressure
11） PC literate, MS office as a must
12） Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent and command of both writing & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
13） Capable of liaising with team of Merchandisers and Assistant Merchandisers 。
