Main Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for production equipment continuous improvement, familiar with TPM systems.
Ø Has experience for conducting TPM activities.
Ø Participate in cost reduction and capacity improvement through equipment improvement.
Ø New production equipment and set up relative ISO/TPM documents and perform, rich experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and trouble shooting such as calciner, pump, gearbox, AC motor, chiller etc.
Ø Train operators and technicians.
Ø Improve and upgrade production equipments.
General Profile:
Ø BS in mechanical equivalent, chemical mechanical preferred.
Ø Minimum 4 years experience in equipment maintenance.
Ø Prefer work in foreign enterprises and chemical company.
Ø Be an excellent communicator.
Ø Have strong experience in TPM, equipment trouble shooting skills.
Ø Have some background in ISO/TS16949 quality system skills.
Ø Excellent team work.

Ø Lead and handle product development projects for electromechanical components of battery pack.
Ø Provide product support and technical information on specific applications.
Ø Design and engineering of PCBA for measuring instruments

Ø Supporting suppliers of PCBA in development of test concepts for PCBA
Ø Create all related documents, including using ECAD
Ø Development of test circuits for testing of PCBA and electronic components for in-house testing
Ø Create test procedures and documents to carry out testing (e.g. test and control plans)

Ø Technical contact person for customers as regards electronic and electro mechanic components
General Profile:
Ø College or bachelor degree majored in electrical, power electronics or electrical engineering.
Ø Minimum 6 years experience, out of which 3 years should be in engineering position in foreign enterprises.

Basic job purpose:
Ø Responsible for service issues and to develop relationship with assigned customers.
