POSITION: Sr. Product Development Assistant/产品开发高级助理
LOCATION: Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
|
Ø Assist project leader to deploy product formulation targeting for appropriate technical performance and quality standards;
Ø Coordination with lab/pilot plant assistants/process to deliver qualified products in any cases;
Ø Driving new ideas to product cost saving;
Ø Manage RMs’ storage and make sure supplement for lab/pilot plant;
Ø Monitor newly Launched product quality
Ø Communication with local team about competitors’ audit regularly and give technical support if required;
Job Requirements:
Ø Master degree, major in chemistry or related 物理，化学，高分子，应用化学，化学合成
Ø Passion for growth, breakthrough thinking, and team commitment
Ø Good communication, able to work under pressure

LOCATION: Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Support project leader to deploy product formulation targeting for appropriate technical performance and quality standards;
Ø Driving innovations and support product claims for region;
Ø Identification and qualification of new RMs;
Ø Technical support to supply chain/local R&D team/factory;
Ø Close Communication and coordination other R&D site, marketing, Supply chain and QC
Job Requirements:
Ø Master degree, major in chemistry or related
Ø 2-year above working experience of technology development in HPC product
Ø and manufacturing
Ø Passion for growth, breakthrough thinking and team commitment
Ø Good communication, fluent English speaking, and able to work under pressure
