The successful candidates will be able to quickly assimilate technical and functional product knowledge and work collaboratively with other senior technical staff. This includes the successful communication and partnering with customer support, product development and other client internal functions.

You will join in Java project maintenance and development. This includes defects fixing and enhancement; New features development according to the client's requirements and specifications; Communicate with the client and the team; Keep good document record of daily technical work.

Strong analytical and debugging skills and a disciplined approach to problem solving is a must. Strong communication, teaming and documentation skills are a must. A passion for learning and expanding responsibilities is necessary. Willingness to work with U.S.-based engineering peers at specific working time is a must.

* Must have a B.S. or equivalent experience in CS/CE/EE/Math. (计算机、电子、通信、应用数学或其他相关专业的本科以上学历。)
* Fluent in Java Programming. （熟悉Java编程语言。）
* Familiar with RDBMS, jsp, servlet, html, xml, sql, JDBC, Swing, Ajax.
* Familiar with Design Pattern, Oracle, MS SQL sever, Linux, Unix. TCP/IP is a big plus. 
* Familiar with Java Open Source: Eclipse, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat is a big plus

* Search and screen Resumes from recruiting channels (mainly web ads. and some referral source.) according to responsible RRFs.(根据需求搜索简历)
* Maintain the recruitment system, data-recording. (维护简历系统,数据录入)
* Assist to arrange interview for recruiter. (协助招聘专员安排面试)
* Provide required support to recruiter. (提供其它必要的协助给招聘专员)
