爱克发(无锡)印版有限公司是由总部设在比利时的爱克发－吉华公司在无锡投资的独资公司。

爱克发(无锡)印版有限公司于2002年3月成立, 总投资7500万美元,公司主要生产和销售高技术含量的数码印版及其它印刷版材并为上述产品提供优质服务, 产品面向爱克发全球市场。

现因公司发展需要，诚聘以下人员:

Senior Reliability Engineer (1名)

Responsibilities:

1,Have ownership of the technological part of wet part, mixing, coating and drying processes.

2,Have ownership of the technological part of process adaptations, product and technology introductions in the site, according to the specifications and prescriptions of TEPm Management.

3,Analyze in depth and solve all problems related to wet part processes in substrate production, in mixing and in coating and drying processes. Have all documented in a HQ knowledge database.

4,Lead teams in FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.

5,Audit and report on the process performance, perform gap-analysis in order to achieve uptime improvement, downtime reduction or quality improvements.

6,Manage capex- and improvement-projects as project- or sub-projectleader for the Wuxi site.

7,Complete and maintain the technological and process documentation in the site.

8,Identify, set up and maintain the necessary trainings/education in the technology domain according to the requests of local management.

9,Assist TEPm management in solving severe problems in other domains.

Requirements:

1,Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.

2,Must have a broad technological knowledge on thermo dynamical process, electrical, chemical, mechanical and be inquisitive.

3,Good knowledge of Chinese and English, in speaking and writing.

4,Good knowledge of MS office, data management and statistical analysis.

5,Must have an analytical mind precise and structured.

6,Must be highly interested in production and technology.

7,Must be a team player and be able to have good contacts with HQ experts.

8,Must have good communication skills and strong in reporting.

9,Must be able to take leadership for projects.

10,Willing to travel on a regular basis for short period
