职位名称：in-vitro and in-vivo pharmacology研究员/助理研究员

职位描述：

1. Develop and validate cellular assays for screening small molecules, including but not

limited to receptor binding assays, ELISA, reporter and other cellular functional assays.​

2. Analyze compound in-vivo efficacy using nude mice, and other animal models.

3. Measure potencies of synthetic compounds in validated cellular assays.​

4. Report experimental data in tables and graphs.​

5. Analyze and interpret data to derive the necessary information.​

6. Document work, write concise reports and give oral presentations

 

任职资格：

 

1. MS or PhD degree in a life science or related discipline. A working knowledge of

  molecular pharmacology and experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is an

advantage.​

2. Experience with cell culture techniques and cell based assay development in support of

drug discovery

3. Experience with receptor binding assays and/or ELISA, immunohistochemistry.​

4. A working knowledge of GPCRs, kinases and in-vivo pharmacology is preferred.​

5. Be able to work independently and to deliver results on scheduled timelines

6. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure

7. Familiar with data analysis

职位描述：

1. Develop in vitro drug metabolism assays in time such as P450 enzyme inhibition and induction, plasma protein binding, liver microsomes, hepatocytes and other cell culture based assays

2. Compile and interpret experimental data and preparation of protocols and study reports

3. Prepare SOPs for in-house laboratory, safety, quality and GLP compliance programs

4. Maintain high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature

 

任职资格：
1. A Ph.D. or M.S. in chemistry, biochemistry or related field

2. Strong knowledge in enzymology is highly desired, hands-on technical skills in enzyme and cell culture based assays

3. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

4. Dedicated, responsible, proactive, with multi-tasking skills

5. Able to troubleshoot procedures.
