 岗位名称：Product Support Eng.

岗位职责：

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

 

1)To provide effective day-to-day work to the business of product service and achieve company's objectives.

2)Be responsible to provide technical support coverage within the Asia 3)Pacific region and provide D-R engineering solutions.

3)Help to support the work of relevant department.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1)Support Product and Service team at professional technical side to develop business and execute Territory Plan.

2)Assist team to initiate/develop technical solutions to achieve territory plan.

3)Visit or Joint visit clients to communicate with clients, penetrate into, understand, create client's technical needs/opportunities, work out ,explain, and promote DR professional solutions, follow up together with AMs to make needs/opportunities into booking.

4)Support sales team to make technical report. Initiate and develop technical training programs for sales team and clients.

1)He or she should possess excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication abilities, both oral and written with internal and external customers.

2）He or she must be a good team worker.

3）Possess the necessary patience and tact to do the job well. Could solve the problem calmly and independently.Can work under stress.

 

KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

 

1）Must be outstanding in the school and high-achieving in professional knowledge.

2）BS majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related.

3）A strong knowledge of general mechanical engineering, drafting, such as AutoCAD and UG NX, and be proficient with PC process.

4）Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. English skill: CET 6 or above.
