Responsibilities:
? Executing defined end user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems
? Control reporting and data maintenance activities
? Completing daily, monthly and on-demand assignments as required
? Interacting with internal Support Center, Account Administration and second level support groups in handling user queries and issues
? Pass assignment by Team Leader or Support Center Asia team

Requirement :
? Experience working within a service or operational environment.
? Strong customer focus and ability to manage.
? Questioning attitude and a diplomatic approach to resolving disputes.
? Ability to work well under pressure.
? A positive role model with the ability to promote a professional image on behalf of the organization.
? Must be detail-oriented and follow directions explicitly
? Must be highly-conscientious and quality-oriented
? Experience with Windows 2000 and XP operating systems desired
? Familiarity with MS Exchange, Active Directory desired
? Must have strong typing skills
? Must be well-organized, self-motivated and focused
? Must be flexible
? Must be willing to execute repetitive tasks
? Must be trustworthy and show a high-degree of respect for confidentiality
? Must be able to work effectively in a team environment or independently
? Must be good English at writing and speaking
? Associates or Bachelor Degree in IT, CS, MIS, Business or a directly related degree.
