马凯是一家以中国业务为核心的全球性投资银行公司，涉及兼并收购、企业融资和私募股权投资业务。每年我们都从世界各地知名的学校中邀请优秀的毕业生来参加我们的暑期实习生计划。
马凯上海办公室从2002年开始，每年从世界知名学府的大学三年级本科生及二年级研究生中筛选富有朝气的青年学生。最近的实习项目包括来自复旦、交大、清华、北大的学生以及来自哈佛、牛津、普林斯顿、斯坦福以及香港大学的学生，他们以团队合作的方式，共同完成此项目。
目前，马凯已经完成了2010年海外实习生的招聘工作，上海办公室将有三名来自美国哈佛的学生以及一名来自美国布朗大学的学生加入暑期实习项目。现阶段，马凯启动国内实习生的招聘流程，所有简历投递时间到2010年6月11日截止。
通过与马凯员工的直接交流以及与国际实习生团队合作，学生可以体会到基于行动的工作态度对于投资银行工作的重要性。每年暑期实习生递交的工作成果都将为马凯未来的发展创造价值。

E. J. McKay is an investment banking firm in the businesses of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and alternative investments, and recruits regularly from leading universities around the world.
The E. J. McKay Shanghai office has run a highly selective internship program since 2002, drawing college juniors and second year graduate students from leading educational institutions around the world. Recent summer internship programs have seen students from Fudan, Jiaotong, Peking, and Tsinghua universities in China as well as students from Harvard, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, and the University of Hong Kong.
We have concluded this year's overseas internship recruiting process, and will have three undergraduates from Harvard, and one undergraduate from Brown universities to join us in Shanghai; we are starting our domestic process in the month of June, which will conclude by Friday the 11th of June, 2010.
Summer interns will work directly with our colleagues and overseas interns in corporate or financial transactions, and gain an action based perspective of life as an investment banker, while contributing to our firm’s growth.
