Program coordinator (Intern)

    Main Responsibilities:
    -    Co-ordinate with clients and organize company in-house training programs
    -    Organize open executive seminars (location selection, equipment set up, logistics, training material translation & preparation)
    -    Facilitate communication between professors/instructors and students, serve as an interpreter when necessary
    -    Make meeting arrangements and other logistical preparations
    -    Assist professors/instructors with research, class presentations, and Paper works
    -    Conduct on site and online course evaluations and collect student feedback
    -    Be sensitive to students' requirements , handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
   
    Key Requirement:
    -    Demonstrate high professionalism quality and teamwork capabilities.
    -    Able to work efficiently under high pressure.
    -    Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and professional.
    -    Excellent in English (writing and speaking).
    -    Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
    -    Bachelor degree in Computer Science, English or Business is preferred
    -    Junior students are preferred
