2、 简单客户电话处理。
3、 完成上级交办的其他工作事宜

岗位要求:
1、 在校大三或大四学生，每周保证四天到岗
2、 普通话标准，声音甜美，做事认真细致，有责任心
3、 与人有良好的沟通力，遇到问题应变力强，并且要有良好的服务意识
4、 有较强的文字撰写能力，能够熟练使用各种办公软件及办公设备，熟练操作excel
5、 能承受一定的工作压力
